Double Room available in friendly flat

I have a double room available for £500 a month (around £600 with bills on top of that) (more pictures to follow**)

I'm leaving behind my bestest friend in the whole world. I've lived with Lexi for 4 years and I absolutely love the flat we lived in together. Lexi is one of the world's greatest treasures and I would love to find a perfect replacement for me to live with her. My other flatmate, Chris, is just as lovely. A friendly, laid back professional who is so easy to talk to and get along with.

The flat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor flat in Sussex Square with access to the private gardens!

We also have a little patio area, a lovely living room, a really spacious kitchen and brand new bathrooms. Super high ceilings so it's really spacious.

The best part about it is the gas is included so we stayed warm all winter without the fear of breaking the bank!

The room is unfurnished but does have the option to come with a really large wardrobe with 4 very deep drawers which is perfect for all clothes storage.

I'm currently looking for a working professional, who is queer friendly and likes socialising. They're proper outdoorsey people so any climbers are a plus for Lex!
